After using the Hot Cloth Cleanser from the Vitamin E range for Normal to Dry skin, I was more than impressed by it and didn't even have to think about buying this when I wanted a new day cream which was more moisturising.
I have started using SPF everyday I'm out the house, so the SPF15 aspect was essential and is a real bonus.
The consistency of the cream is great. It's just enough richness to smooth skin and protect it from the wind, but is light enough to sink in, not make skin appear greasy/shiny and let foundation and makeup blended well over it.
The smell is pleasant (the same as the Hot Cloth Cleanser) and it blends nicely.
I used the contents of the lid for 7 days, which contained enough moisturiser for daily use. This fact speaks for itself. You don't need loads and it will last a long time.
Because it is light, I would still recommend using a richer cream at night if you suffer from dry patches. I don't think this will be suitable for very dry skin, but for someone like me who gets the odd dry patch it is perfect.
The best part about it is the price. At £2.99 for 100ml, this product definitely allows people with a smaller budget to afford the range. If it lasts a while (I've had mine for around a month and the product is yet to reduce in visible size) then you may not even have to buy another one all Winter! I tend to switch my skincare up with the seasons, it's great to know by the time I've used this lovely tub up my skin will be ready for something even lighter as the sun returns!
Overall, this is a fantastic product and I would recommend it to anyone suffering with normal to dry skin in Winter!
I am really loving this range, next products to try on my list from there are the Face Scrub and Face Oil!
What is your Winter skin saviour?
Lots of love,
Kat xxx
