Hey lovelies! I thought I would do a little post just to share my love for this new moisturiser I have been using lately!
I am a moisturiser obsessive and I am forever trying all different kinds in the mission to find the perfect one. I loved the one I was using before this one. It was a L'oreal one but when I went to repurchase it, I couldn't find it anywhere! So I saw that No7 have got a new line of skincare out called 'Beautiful Skin' (although it's probably not that new anymore!) and I have heard good things about it, plus I have a few No7 goodies which I love, so I thought I would try out this Day Cream.
The packaging is gorgeous. I think it looks really pricey and looks pretty sitting on your dressing table, which is always a bonus! The cream itself is a nice thick cream which I like because I feel like it's more likely to moisturise my skin. (I know, don't ask...) It's got a lovely smell to it as well which isn't really overpowering. Although this cream is thick, it rubs in really quickly and easily and leaves your skin feeling so soft and hydrated afterwards. It doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy like I've found a few moisturisers to do. I love that this is hypo-allergenic, so if you suffer from sensitive skin, using this moisturiser should still be OK for your skin. I also like that it has sun protection in it, stating that it has SPF 15 & UVA protection. Obviously this isn't a sunscreen and you wouldn't wear it alone for sun protection, but every little helps when protecting your skin from harmful sun rays. :)
Overall I think this is a brilliant moisturiser, one of the best I have tried and I have tried A LOT. I haven't really tried any more upmarket brands, other than the Clarins one from my Glossybox which I loved, but I don't have the money to be splashing out on expensive moisturisers. Out of all the high street/drugstore brands I have tried though, this is a winner in my books!
You can buy No7 Beautiful Skin Day Cream from Boots priced £12.50
Have you tried this moisturiser? Did you like it?
What are your favourite moisturisers and skin care brands?
