It has been so much fun recently trying out different eyeliners, nail varnishes and hair products ~ but I think now it is time to go back to basics. To have the healthy blushing bride glow it is really important to ensure that you are using a suitable day and night cream to keep your skin in tip top condition.
I have yet to find the perfect face cream solution for me, so I was really pleased to receive a sample of Clarin’s Day and Night cream in my January GlossyBox.
Day Cream:
“A firming day cream that contains revitalising White Tea and Succory Dock-Cress, clinically-proven to help visibly reduce the signs of ageing lifting, toning and smoothing the skin for noticeable results. Infusing skin with firming benefits that are immediate and long-lasting. Day after day, skin appears younger as facial contours are tightened and look more defined. Night cream:
“Clarins’ intensive night-time skin renewal complex including soothing Rosemary, firming Alfalfa and revitalising Glistin “lifts” and tones while you sleep for a firmer, more luminous complexion upon waking. Complements the action of Extra-Firming Day Cream smoothing lines and wrinkles, defining facial contours and promoting noticeably younger-looking skin.”
At £46 – £48 a go, these would normally be completely out of my price range, but having sampled them both for a couple of weeks I think you definitely do get the quality with the price tag.
My skin was much softer and less likely to get dry spells during the day. The cream felt rich but didn’t make my skin feel greasy.
I would definitely consider purchasing these and incorporating into my daily routine! Though I may continue to sample other creams in my quest to find the most affordable daily beauty regime.
